---- — MIDDLETOWN — Gaynelle C. Stewart, 92, of Anderson passed away on Feb. 13, 2014, at the Miller’s Merry Manor Middletown. She was born on June 13, 1921, in Anderson and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Gaynelle graduated from Anderson High School and attended Ball State.
She was a retired homemaker and owned and managed Stewart Ceramic Craft.
She enjoyed working with ceramics, quilting and spending time with family.
Gaynelle is survived by her loving children, Mark (Judy) Stewart and Mary Jo (Craig) McClure, both of Anderson; grandchildren, Andy Stewart, Monica McNeil, Sarah Hudson, N. K. Presley; great-grandchildren, Alex Bodey, Mason McNeil, Brenna Razo, Connor Razo, Cole Razo, Kevin Stewart and Kris Stewart; and great-great-grandchild, Kevin Stewart.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Stewart, and parents, Xerrex Y. Cox and Ruby Jarrett Cox.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will take place in the Memorial Park, .
