---- — ANDERSON — Linda L. Bair, 56, of Anderson, passed away at home on March 6, 2014, after an extended illness.
Linda was born to Aden and Vella (Swallows) Willis on Aug. 4, 1957, in Anderson. Lindy not only went to be with the Lord, she joined her mother, and cousin, Dale Swallows, whom she missed.
Lindy enjoyed being a volunteer at different bingo halls through the years and met a lot of wonderful people. She enjoyed tending to her garden. What she cherished most was being with her beautiful granddaughter, Leawna.
Survivors include her father, Aden Willis (Barbra Koopman); sons, Chad, Aaron (Kayla) and Willis Rogers, their father, Harry Rogers and loving granddaughter, Leawna. Also special children, Brett (Brittney Garret) Bair, Derek (Michelle) Bair, Penny Kay (Kris Idlewine) and grandchildren, Kale, Kaya, Belle and Eli Bair and Kallen Idlewine; siblings, Roger (Jane) Willis, Dennis (Debbie) Willis, Barry Joe (Brenda) Willis, Diane (Mike) Hoskins, “BB” Bonita (Eddie) Hervey, Lita Willis (David Smith), along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and special friends, Art, Debbie and Sharon Frawley.
She was preceded in death by her mother; nephew, Michael Leach; grandparents, Paris and Ellen Swallows, Otto, Lottie and Minney Willis; and mother and father-in-law, Harry and Norma “Mom” Rogers.
Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes with visitation one hour prior to service.
Burial will take place in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
