ANDERSON — Bonnie Lee Hodges, 77, of Anderson went to her final rest in the arms of our Heavenly Father on March 20, 2014, at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital Anderson. She was born on Sept. 6, 1936, in Nashville, Mich.
Bonnie graduated from Western Michigan University, where she became a Registered Occupational Therapist, a career she loved for the duration of her working life.
She adored her family, friends and her cat, Purrsy. Her life goal was to make everyone around her feel honored.
Bonnie is survived by her children, Leslie (Rob) Heisler of Riley Township, Mich., Susan (Michael) Hodges-Bryan of Traverse City, Mich., and Michael (Patti) Hodges of DeMotte, Ind.; many special grandchildren; and her brother, Larry (Jeanne) Squires of Hartford, Mich.
She was preceded in death by her husband, H. Erle Hodges; father, Don Squires; and mother, Virginia (Day) Squires.
Per Bonnie’s wishes, cremation will take place. Her cremains will be taken by her loving family to places special to her in life.
