BRADENTON, Fla. — Charles H. ‘Chuck’ Loewen of Bradenton, Fla., formerly of Anderson, Ind., has gone home to be with his Savior on Oct. 23, 2013.
He was a veteran of World War II, a graduate of Anderson University and Ball State University, and a career-long teacher and principal in Anderson before retiring in Bradenton.
Survivors include his loving wife, Mary, of 64 years; daughters, Cynthia (Bruce) Fournier and Melea (Marc) Dillworth; grandsons, O’Rion and Colin Dillworth, Matthew and Paul Fournier; sisters, Dorothy Simmons and Evelyn (Ron) Ogle, along with many nieces and nephews.
A kind and patient man, Daddy-O could fix anything from broken hearts to stopped up drains. Although out of sight … never out of mind.
A celebration of his life will be held in Bradenton.
