C. Michael 'Mike' Wilson

Oct. 29, 1958 - Oct. 7, 2013

SUMMITVILLE — C. Michael “Mike” Wilson, 54, of Summitville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Oct. 7, 2013, after a sudden illness.

Mike was born Oct. 29, 1958, in Bedford, the son of Charles and Bonnie Mae (Kinney) Wilson. On Sept. 7, 1991, he married Phyllis (Lewis) Wilson.

Mike was employed at Central Indiana Hardware, Indianapolis, as the warehouse and dispatch manager.

Mike was a devoted and faithful member of the Tree of Life Ministries, Marion. Mike was an avid hunter and enjoyed Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He served his country with the United States Army and later the United States Air Force Reserves.

Left to cherish Mike’s memory are his wife, Phyllis; his father, Charles Wilson of Arkansas; two sons, Mike Lewis of Indianapolis, and Joseph Henderson of Colorado; three daughters, Amber(Sky) Estes of Middletown, Britney Wilson of Pendleton, and Barbra (Shawn) Southerland of Frankton; four brothers, Thomas Wilson of Arkansas, Joseph (Kristie) Wilson of Arkansas, Randall Agent of Oklahoma, and Mark Agent of Oklahoma; four sisters, Lisa (Joey) Auler of Anderson, Liz Short of Anderson, Janet (Ben) Davidson of Arkansas, and Misty (Charlie) Kelem of Arkansas. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie M Stephenson.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Tree of Life Ministries, 2701 Second St., Marion, with Pastor Charles Moore officiating.

Friends are invited to gather at the church from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Tree of Life Ministries, 2701 Second St., Marion , IN 46952.
