ELWOOD — Phillip E. Champion, 80, died Aug. 1, 2013, at St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana in Indianapolis, following an extended illness.
He served his country in the U.S. Navy.
Among survivors are his wife, Phyllis Champion; daughters, Kim Copeland and Jill Cook; and sons, David and Richard Champion.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 S. Anderson St., Elwood. Burial at K of P and I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Frankton.
Visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Monday.
