Elizabeth Kathy Fee

Feb. 8, 1930 - June 21, 2013

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Elizabeth Kathy Fee, 83, of Las Vegas, Nev., passed away on June 21, 2013, at her residence.

She was born on Feb. 8, 1930, in Anderson, and resided most of her life in Anderson.

She worked at Delco Remy for 20 years.

Elizabeth was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi Zeta Masters Chapter, and Anderson Moose Lodge. She attended the Church of the Bretheren in Anderson. She bowled at Cooper’s Bowl for many years. For several years she was “Girl of the Year” for Beta Sigma Phi. She enjoyed playing euchre, bingo, fishing and camping. She was also an avid Cincinnati Reds fan. Elizabeth had a big generosity for others, especially her children.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Joy (Mike) Brown of Pendleton; son, Steven R. Winkel of Las Vegas, Nev.; son, David L. (Somjai) Winkel of Las Vegas, Nev.; son, William A. Fee II of Colorado Springs, Colo.; stepdaughter, Vickie (Doug) Shultz, of Anderson, stepson, Rusty Fee of Tennessee; grandchildren, Lillie (Charles) Allison, Jamie, Michael, Swarsattie, and Nafeeza Brown, Zack and Brian Fee, and Rebbecca Truex; great-grandchild, Drake David Allison; brother, Damon York of California; several nieces and nephews; and best friends, Kathy Needler and Stephanie Davidson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” A. Fee; son, Daniel Thomas Winkel; father, Arthur R. York; mother, Lillie M (Skaggs) York; and brothers, Norman York and Jake York.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson. There will be a memorial service presented by The Beta Sigma Phi Zeta Masters Chapter at 7:30 p.m.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Jay Harvey officiating. Burial will take place in Anderson Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Madison County Humane Society.
