PENDLETON — Marjorie E. (Wilson) Mason, 91, of Pendleton died peacefully on Sunday, June 8, 2014, at Rawlins House.
She was born Aug. 28, 1922, in Williamsburg, Ind., to Carl T. and Elpha Irene (Hinshaw) Wilson.
She was a member of Southern Heights Christian Church.
She was a home economics teacher for over 30 years, teaching at Sulphur Springs and Cadiz and retiring from Pendleton School System.
She was a member of Home Ec Club and involved with 4-H many years.
Survivors include her four children, Connie (Walter) Potts of Angola, Ind., Dale E.(Teresa) Mason of Pendleton, Carl M. (Gena) Mason of Gaston, Ind., and Stuart A. (Sarah) Mason of Plainfield; brother, Wilfred Wilson of Texas, and sister, Kathryn Cashdollar of New Castle; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald L. Mason; two brothers, Denver and Lyle; and a sister, Lois.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service, officiated by Ray Renner. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
