Former Pendleton resident Francis E. Wiley, 72, died April 2, 2013, at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born Dec. 8, 1940, in Anderson, and was a Pendleton resident from 1970 until 1990.
Francis had worked as a truck driver for Atlas Red-D Mix Concrete and for Marion County Farm Bureau Co-Op for several years.
He was a 1958 graduate of Madison Heights High School and was a member of the Teamsters Union and American Legion.
Survivors include his children, Ginger (husband, Kelly) Hernandez, William Wiley and David Francis Wiley; grandchildren, Cameron Wiley, Troy Wiley, Alexis Annee, Jackson Annee and Joshua Wiley; siblings, Richard Wiley, James (wife, Clarice) Wiley, Michael (wife, Julie) Wiley and Patricia (husband, Morris) Stegall; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Josephine (Hall) Wiley; siblings, Jack Wiley, John Wiley and Lucine McMillan; and grandparents, Espa and Luther Tipton.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, Pendleton with visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
