ANDERSON — Jeff L. Sheller, 65, of Anderson, passed away June 13, 2013, at his residence after an extended illness.
He was born March 7, 1948, in Anderson, to Paul and Mary (Land) Sheller, and was a lifelong Madison County resident. He graduated from Lapel High School in 1966 and worked for O.I. Brockway Glass in Lapel.
Jeff enjoyed the outdoors by riding his motorcycle, traveling, fishing, hunting, doing yard work and attending music concerts.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Brenda Sheller of Anderson; two sons, Jason Fowler and Josh Fowler; three daughters, Amy LaPole, Jana (husband, Russ) McNeal and Heidi (husband, Andre’) Wibye-Overland and their children, Oda and Ask of Moss, Norway; three grandchildren, Zachary Fowler of Cary, N.C., Sara Derexson and Devon McNeal; two sisters, Paula (husband, Sam) McMillen and Kathy (husband, Dan) Garner. Also surviving are Sandy, Angie, Taylor, Kylie and Lani.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Mary Sheller.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, with Pastor Larry Bigham officiating. Burial will take place at Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson.
Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
