---- — FRANKTON — Julee A. Bennett, 54, of Frankton, passed away on July 9, 2013, at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital in Anderson, following an extended illness.
Julee was born on March 8, 1959, to Russell and LaVera (Barcus) McClintick in Noblesville. She married Jack Bennett on Oct. 23, 1982. Julee retired as an office manager for Dr. Todd Hovermale in Anderson after several years. Julee loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Julee is survived by husband, Jack Bennett of Frankton; daughter, RaeAnna Lee (Jeff) Bennett-Bierworth of Anderson; two sons, Chad Lee Clevenger of Anderson and Travis (Julie) Bennett of Lake Hamilton, Fla.; five grandchildren, Layla Bierworth, Chazz, Travis Jr., Brody and Koda Bennett; three brothers, Steve (Shirley) McClintick of Daleville, Greg McClintick of Elwood, and Dan (Karen) McClintick of Perkinsville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by father, Russell McClintick; and mother, LaVera McClintick.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Harper and Dunnichay Funeral Home, Frankton.
Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Dr. Todd Hovermale officiating. Cremation will follow with burial at a later date in the K. of P. and I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Frankton.
Julee’s family would like to thank Dr. Ash and his staff at Anderson Cancer Center, the nurses and staff on 5 south and CCU at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital for the excellent care for her.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
