ANDERSON — Norma J. Cox, 75, of Anderson, passed away on Sept. 5, 2013, at her residence.
She was born on Dec. 23, 1937, in Dayton, Ohio and resided most of her life there and has lived in Anderson since 1979.
Norma graduated from Fairview High School, Dayton, Ohio.
She was a homemaker. Norma was a member of Anderson First Church of the Nazarene.
Norma is survived by her loving spouse whom she married May 11, 1957, Ted Cox of Anderson; children, Timothy H. (Marsha) Cox of Frederick, Md., Teresa H. (Timothy) Merryman of Anderson, Tamara H. (Randall) Faw of Connersville, Thomas H. (Jennifer) Cox of Anderson, Nicole J. Cox of Seneca, S.C., and Noah J. (Autumn) Cox of Anderson; 14 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William A. and Doris B. Arling; daughter-in-law, Marquita J. Riley-Cox; and brother, Raymond D. Holmes.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Anderson First Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Gary Cable officiating.
Burial will take place in Miami Valley Memory Gardens, in Dayton, Ohio, at 3 p.m following the service.
