Molly J. Williamson

May 13, 1932 - Nov. 27, 2013

PENDLETON — Molly Josephine Williamson, 81, of Pendleton, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Nov. 27, 2013, at Rawlins House, Pendleton. She was born on May 13, 1932, in New Jersey and resided most of her life in the Anderson/Pendleton area.

Molly attended Anderson High School.

She was a homemaker and a member of Tri-Kappa, Idlewold Ladies' Golf Club and Pendleton Christian Church.

Molly is survived by her children, Karla (Bernard) Ray, C. Von (Lynn Mellinger) Williamson, Lori (Andrew) Ryan, Brad (Cheryl) Williamson and Jodi (Gordon) Haywood; grandchildren, Christopher Warren (Michelle) Ray, Brandon Karl (Andria) Ray, Brett Joseph Ray, Rachel Eileen (Brian) Beidle, Charles Robert Williamson, Marc Patrick Ryan, Eric Andrew Ryan, Hannah Carroll (Cory) Hall, Molly Elizabeth Ryan, Brock Edward (Erin) Williamson, Chase Evan Williamson, Paige Erin Williamson, Katelyn Jo (Matthew) Short, Clark Edward Haywood and Jaycie Mae Haywood; eight great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Suzy, Pat, Nancy, Margaret, Lois and Sue; brother-in-law, Jack; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Williamson; mother, Clara (Gatton) Addison; father, Herman Boone; and her sister, Colleen Dickey.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Jay Harvey of Pendleton Christian Church officiating.

Burial will take place in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

In recognition of her love of children, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to Outfitters of South Madison or Safe Families for Children of Madison County.

The family would like to extend many special thanks to the administration and staff of Rawlins House and Seasons Hospice.
