ANDERSON, Ind. —
B. Pauline “Granny” Nodine, 92, Anderson, passed away May 18, 2013, at her residence in Anderson.
Born Feb. 7, 1921, in Powell, Mo., she resided most of her life in Anderson.
Granny was raised in Powell, Mo., where she and her family attended the Church of Christ. She married Willard Nodine on June 21, 1938, and moved to Anderson, where he obtained a job working for Delco Remy. She would take a few temporary jobs throughout the years, but her main focus was on taking care of her husband and raising their family who were her pride and joy.
Granny is survived by her daughters, Janie Clevenger and Lou Robinson (Burt Martin), all of Anderson; and a sister, Betty Wrobleski of Missouri. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, John Grant, Tonya Grant, Beth (Randy) Downham, Mary Jayne (David) Clark, Brian (Jeanine) Robinson, Shelly (Mike) Stephens, and Chris (Kari) Nodine; 14 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews from across the country.
She was preceded in death by husband, Willard Nodine; father, Arnold Michael; mother, Erma Boles; son, Roger Nodine; sons-in-law, Willie Robinson and Keith Clevenger; four sisters; and two brothers.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, Anderson.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Jerome Bell officiating. Burial will take place in Mechanicsburg Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
