Letter: Traffic flow would spur commerce

I have read many articles about annexation and working with other counties concerning commercial growth. Not once have I read where an idea would give reason for a business or company to move to the central location of Indiana.

As a person and taxpayer of Madison County, here is one idea for those who are leaders of towns and cities in different counties with traffic flow of truckers of goods.

Extend State Road 128 on east, past Indiana 9 to Interstate 69 in Delaware County toward Muncie. County Road 800 North is already in place going here, so the cost would be little. This way much could be gained in this venture. County Road 200 West leads from Indiana 128 south to Raible Avenue that crosses White River; the four-lane bridge leads on south to 38th Street that leads on to others to Flagship that leads to I-69 south of Anderson — making great traffic flow.

If need be, put the airport to the north in place of the landfill and make it bigger. Give access for Anderson and Muncie to the north off of Indiana 128. Opening up the north for who knows what all in growth. What better way to plan than with more ways to plan with.

First is to get INDOT to extend Indiana 128. It's a starting point in the building for jobs and growth for all. What mayor wants to start, you in Alexandria or who?

Now that Andrew Luck is getting ready to start the third year of his NFL career, did the Colts make the right decision to release Peyton Manning and turn the offense over to Luck?

Yes, the future is bright.
No, the Colts would have won another Super Bowl by now if they had kept Manning.
Don't know; don't care
