Letter: Concert benefited special needs students

On behalf of Anderson High School, I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Jason Shields, Nathan Cook, and the beautiful Paramount Theatre for planning and hosting the first-ever concert to benefit students with special needs. The concert included an amazing array of talent from the Indianapolis area, Anderson area, and also some of our own Anderson High School staff and students. Sponsorships and donations totaled nearly $1,000.

Thanks to the following people for giving of their time, talent, and resources so unselfishly for the benefit of some amazing students: Jason Shields, Nathan Cook, Carl Erskine, Dan Daugherty, Jeff Hardin , Cheryl Hill, Denise Fort, Adam Leon, Pattye Parrrtryce, George Smith, Tim Wilbur, Dylan Smith, William Turner and the Turnettes, Gayle Burris, Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, Integrity Discovery Solutions, Ron Stopher in memory of his parents, Acutrac, Inc. and Mary Johnston Studio Gallery.

A special thank you to all those who attended this incredible event.
