— 6400 block of West Indiana 38, overdose

— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Caitlin A. Mayo, 19, of the 8200 block of South Rising Sun Drive, Pendleton, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor; and illegal possession of alcohol, a Class C misdemeanor, at the intersection of 53rd Street and Scatterfield Road, Anderson, at 3:20 a.m. Sunday. Bond is $5,000.

— Anderson police arrested Nicholas N. Harless, 19, of the 2100 block of East Indiana 38, Markleville, at 11:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2 in the 300 block of Meridian Street on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony, false informing, a Class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested James B. Denton IV, 35, of the 100 block of Gregory Street, Pendleton, at 10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2 in the 100 block of Gregory Street, Pendleton, on suspicion of child molestation, a Class C felony. Bond is $10,000.
