n Anderson police arrested Kylie D. Taylor, 20, of the 100 block of North State Street, Markleville, at 4:40 p.m. Saturday in the 4700 block of Scatterfield Road on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. She has since been released.

n Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Shane B. Downey, 32, of the 8300 block of South Midnight Drive, Pendleton, at 10:28 a.m. April 13 in the 9200 block of Quarter Moon Drive on suspicion of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator, a Class D felony. He is being held without bond.

n Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Adrian M. Coleman, 30, of the 100 block of Village Parkway, Pendleton, at 11:54 a.m. April 10 at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of fraud, a Class D felony. She has since been released.

n Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Efren Bautista-Ayala, 33, of the Plaza Drive, Pendleton, at 12:58 a.m. April 10 along Indiana 67, near Interstate 69, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.
