Don L. Conrad

March 29, 1936 - April 24, 2008 

Don L. “Duck” Conrad, 72, Anderson, died April 25, 2008, at his residence.

He retired in 1997 from Delco Remy after 36 years, and continued to farm the family farm.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Linda (Busby) Conrad; five children, Brenda (husband, Rick) Dawson of Pendleton, Brian (wife, Merrie Jo) Conrad, Brent (wife, Catherine) Conrad, Bart (wife, Lisa) Conrad, and Barry (wife, Rhonda) Conrad; 13 grandchildren; five brothers and sisters, Loris Conrad, Charles Conrad, Maryanna Wilson, Robert Conrad and Calvin Conrad; and several nieces and nephews.

Services were conducted April 29 at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel, officiated by the Revs. Jerry Snyder and Neil Butcher. Burial was in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
