— - Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested William A. Wiley, 19, of the 2100 block of East Indiana 38, Markleville, at 5:20 p.m. April 28 in the 2100 block of East Indiana 38 on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
- Ingalls police arrested Tod D. Owens, 46, of the 8400 block of South 800 West, Pendleton, at 9 p.m. May 1 in the 8400 block of South 800 West on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
