Nominate an Athlete of the Week

— Each week the Pendleton News will select an Athlete of the Week. Athletes can be of any age but must live within the South Madison School district.
To have someone considered for Athlete of the Week, fill out the form and return it to the Pendleton News.
Photographs MUST BE submitted with this form for consideration or e-mailed to pendletonnews@heraldbulletin.com. If 18 years old or younger, school photos are preferred. All photos must be sent in jpg format and at least 200 dpi.
Return this Athlete of the Week form and photo to Allison Vondrell, The Herald Bulletin/Pendleton News, 1133 Jackson St., Anderson, IN 46016.
The Pendleton News publishes every Thursday and is distributed to all households in the South Madison School Corp. district. The Athlete of the Week is a free feature in the Pendleton News. The profile will also be posted at www.theheraldbulletin.com under the Pendleton News section.
