  • Snow Queen applicant deadline Oct. 31 PENDLETON — Applications are now being accepted for the Snow Queen and her court who will reign over the events of the third annual Christmas in Pendleton. The queen and the court will also ride in the Christmas parade, meet parade grand marshall and attend the official Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony.
