Rick Vale in concert Sunday

ANDERSON — Central Christian Church, 10th and Jackson streets, will present Rick Vale in concert, "Love Songs-All Shapes and Sizes" at 3 p.m. Sunday.

There is no charge for admission. A freewill offering will be appreciated.

Contributions will benefit the church's music department.

A ramp and elevator can be accessed at the church's 10th Street entrance between the chapel and sanctuary.

New Birth celebrates anniversary

ANDERSON — New Birth Worship Center, 403 W. 22nd St., will celebrate its church and pastor's ninth anniversary Sunday. The theme will be "We Are Pressing On," from Philippians 3:12-16.

Guest speaker for the 10:30 a.m. service will be Rev. Clarence Alexander of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Muncie. The evening service will be at 3:30 p.m. with Pastor Floyd Edwards of Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church.

Church will consecrate The Factory

FRANKTON — Frankton First United Methodist Church will have a Consecration Service at 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16. The service will take place in the Community Room of The Factory.

Taking part in this service will be the Building Team Chairman, Mike Shuter; Pastor Gary Elsten; Rev. David Schramm and District Superintendent, Michelle Cobb.

The Factory is located at 8th and Sigler streets across from the Frankton First United Methodist Church.

The public is invited to attend this special service.

Washington preaching at AU chapel

ANDERSON — Nichele Washington, planting pastor at Faith Church in Fishers and administrative assistant at the AU School of Theology, will be preaching at the Anderson University School of Theology Chapel at 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Amity Rees will lead worship and Phil and Phyllis Kinley will serve as Chaplains in Residence.

Triumphant Quartet in concert Feb. 20

MATTHEWS — Epworth United Methodist Church, 105 W. Eighth St., Matthews, will host Triumphant Quartet in concert at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. Admission is a $10 donation and a love offering will be taken. After the concert, there will be a meet and greet time in the Fellowship Hall with refreshments served.
