Each person in attendance was given a golden ticket, and the contestant with the most golden tickets cast in his or her favor would receive the third award.
Contestants were still dancing the night away long after The Herald Bulletin’s press deadline, but regardless of who took home a trophy, Davis said the audience was in for a rare treat.
“This year’s talent is the best we have had in the six years we have had it,” he said.
