Shackleford scores WOFS win

Dane, Smith get victories


Phipps took the lead from Austin McKinney on Lap 3 with an inside move on the front straight.

Coming home second was Phipps, followed by Marshall Clark, Billy Hooten and Brandon Lee Cook.

Kenny Smith lost the lead on a restart to Angie Goodin on Lap 6, but three laps later was able to get inside of Goodin entering turn one to claim the Super Karts win.

Smith and Goodin opened up a comfortable lead through the middle stages of the race but Dustin Kares, Jason Reynolds and Michael Goodin hooked up in a three-kart tandem to close on the leaders with three laps remaining.

Kares passed Angie Goodin with an outside move on Lap 19 going through Turn 3 to claim second followed by Goodin, Reynolds and Michael Goodin.
