---- — Epworth UMC welcomes The Taylors

Epworth United Methodist Church, 105 W. 8th St., Matthews, announces The Taylors in concert on Friday, May 9 at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 6 p.m.

There will be no admission charge, but a love offering will be taken. After the concert, there will be a fellowship time with refreshments served.

The Taylors are a brother-sister quartet from Lillington, N.C. Jonathan, Suzanne, Christopher and Leslie are dedicated to stirring up the faith of the Christian community as well as reaching people with the good news of Jesus Christ through gospel music.

Bethesda Mass to honor mothers

ANDERSON — The Bethesda Mass choir will host a salute to mothers on Mother's Day, May 11, at 4 p.m. at the church at 2124 Cedar St.

The community is invited to celebrate mothers.

Host pastor is Floyd Edwards. President is Claudia Davis.

Park Place plans Sunday services

Sunday, May 4, Park Place Church will have guest preacher Nik Krieger, a student at Anderson University School of Theology, in the 10:30 a.m. worship service.

At 6 p.m. in the Sanctuary, the Coolidge Chancel Concert Series presents Music at Park Place, featuring the Sanctuary Choir, directed by Joani Brandon; One Accord Adult Handbell Choir, directed by Vivian Nieman; Women's Singing Circle, and organist Allen Lucas.

Revival services planned

ANDERSON — East 38th Street Free Will Baptist Church, 1125 E. 38th St., Anderson, will host revival services Sunday through Wednesday.

Service times are 11 a.m. Sunday morning; 6 p.m. Sunday evening; and 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.

Special music will be featured at each service. Child care will be provided.

Evangelist will be the Rev. Paul Ange of Ahoskie, N.C.

Disciples Quartet, 3rd Row Boys to appear

The Disciples Quartet and 3rd Row Boys are teaming up for a concert of quartet music.

There is a suggested donation of $10 to cover the expenses of the evening. The concert will be on May 10 at 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Alexandria.

Family enrichment series at Christ Lutheran

A series of presentations on supporting the needs of families takes place Sunday mornings from 9 to 10 a.m. in the fellowship hall at Christ Lutheran Church, 2715 N. Scatterfield Rd., Anderson.

A variety of speakers with many years of professional experience will present topics from a Christian perspective. A free light breakfast will be provided, and a nursey is available for small children.
