Ravens sweep pair at DePauw

GREENCASTLE — The Ravens won the first game 11-1 and the second contest 7-4 for their 14th straigtht victory.

In the first game, Taylar Kelso led the Raven offense with two hits and three RBI and Sam Steele had three hits and two RBI. Blake Thomas had a home run and three RBI. Morgan Burke added two hits and two RBI and Yardley Collett chipped in with two hits.

Rachel Fiscus got the win on the mound, allowing six hits and no earned runs while striking out five.

In the second game, Burke led the offense with three hits and two runs and Kelso had two hits and three RBI, including a pair of doubles. Brittany Sugg added two hits and an RBI and Thomas had a hit and two RBI.

AU (15-2, 6-0 HCAC) travels to Bluffton on Tuesday at 3 p.m.

Baseball

Anderson falls to Franklin

FRANKLIN — The Anderson University baseball team lost to Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference foe Franklin College 5-2.

Connor Morris led the Raven offense with two hits and Jeremy Shelmadine and Cole Heberling each had an hit and an RBI.

AU (14-6, 7-3 HCAC) travels to Rose-Hulman on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
