James Reismiller and Cassandra Robertson were married at Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat in Detroit, Oregon on Oct. 10, 2007. James is the son of Phillip and Diana Reismiller of Frankton. He is a 1991 graduate of Alexandria High School and a 1996 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in audio technology. He received his electrician’s journeyman's license in 2005 and owns and operates his own business, Abundant Solar, in Corvallis, Ore., engineering and installing solar electrical systems (www.abundantsolar.com).

Cassandra is the daughter of Paige and Johanna Robertson and is a 1991 graduate of North Eugene High School in Eugene, Ore. She received a B.S. in 1996 and an M.S. in 1998 in environmental engineering from Oregon State University. She is currently pursuing a career as a singer/songwriter (www.cassandrarobertson.com).

The two honeymooned on the Oregon coast and plan a future trip to Hawaii. They reside in Corvallis, Ore.
