Vivian P. Knotts, 96, of Frankton, went to be with the Lord on June 29, 2011, at Bethany Pointe Health Campus in Anderson, following an extended illness.

Vivian was born on March 13, 1915, to John and Bertha (Stewart ) Mock in Leisure, Ind. Vivian married Paul Knotts in 1952, and he passed away in 1966. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of Frankton Christian Church.

Vivian is survived by a son, John and wife Joy Knotts of Frankton; granddaughter, Ashley and husband, Carson Humes of Middletown; and grandson, Phillip Knotts of Frankton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Lyndel and Purl Mock; and two sisters, Agnes Whitkamper and Eunice Meyer.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the K of P & IOOF Cemetery in Frankton with the Rev. Doug Davis from the Frankton Christian Church officiating. There will be no visitation.

The family would like to express a special thank-you to the staff of Bethany Pointe and Heartland Hospice.

Arrangements are being handled by Harper & Dunnichay Funeral Home, Frankton.
