Thomas W. “Tommy” Mitchell, 44, Anderson, died May 3, 2006, at Community Hospital in Anderson.
Survivors include companion and special friend, Carla Clevenger; daughter, Cassandra Mitchell; sons, Nicholas Mitchell and Wayne Mitchell; two brothers; and two sisters.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at East Maplewood Cemetery with Mark Hilligoss officiating.
Arrangements are being handled by Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
